It was previously advised that during September 2016, the intersections along Josiah Gumede Road, between Anderson and Beviss would be under construction.

Due to disruptions and delays that were beyond the control of the eThekwini Transport Authority, the road works and services relocation related to the GO!Durban project along Anderson and Josiah Gumede Roads have been further delayed.

Work is anticipated to be completed by the end of October 2016 in sections along this route.

Adequate signage will be continuously displayed during this period and traffic will be diverted when necessary along alternative routes to avoid congestion.

Please expect the usual construction noises and the presence of staff and heavy construction machinery.
